What to Expect
New Patient Forms
Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet you and welcome you as a member of our family. We will request you fill our new patient forms (which can be completed at home by downloading New Patient Entrance Form). The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your health.
Consultation
Next you will have a consultation with one of our doctors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your health and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will you meet your goals and if we can accept you as a patient.
Examination
After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination consisting of a complete postural exam, a neurvoscope exam, static and motion exams, a biostructural exam, a scan for foot orthotics, and a physical examination.
X-Ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation of your spine. X-rays help us identify serious conditions and assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
Report of Findings
When all the information and examinations have been performed and reviewed the doctor will give you a report of findings to answer your questions, including:
I. What is the porblem?
II. Can you help me?
III. What do you recommend that I do to get better?
IV. How much is it going to cost?
The doctor will discuss recommendations with you. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, we will tell you. If the doctor believes we can help you, he will recommend a complete care plan for you
Treatment
Once you understand your condition and treatment options we can begin treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, spinal traction, therapeutic exercises, wellness care and home therapies. Treatment is designed to improve your symptoms and to rehabilitate your spine for overall spinal hygiene and enhanced health.
Wellness Program
As you regain your healh through the corrective spinal care at RCO the doctors will instruct you on our wellness program which is designed to help you maintain your correction, protect your investment and create a lifetime of wellness for you.
