84 Year-old-woman

4/17/06: History; Severe leg radiculopathy. 
Required cane to walk, abnormal gait even with cane. 
Note: 36 mm left lateral deviation.

        7/13/06: 1st Post X-ray following 3 months care at RCO
Note: 11 mm left lateral deviation

12/20/06: Pateint reports symptoms dramatically reduced. 
    Walking without cane. Significantly improved gait.
Note: 2 mm right lateral deviation
